This Privacy Policy explains how Volodymyr Klymenko / BUILD SUCCEEDED ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you install, access, or play Find 3 - Hidden Objects and related mobile games, websites, support pages, and services (together, the "Service").

Where we decide why and how personal data is processed, we act as the data controller. Some third-party SDKs, app stores, advertising partners, payment providers, and platform services may also process information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

If you are below the age of 18 years, we recommend that you and your parent or guardian also read our Children's Privacy Notice.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.


Information We Collect

We may collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, from app stores, and from third-party SDKs and service providers integrated into the Service.

  • Device and technical data: device model, manufacturer, operating system, OS version, app version, hardware type, screen size, language, country, time zone, carrier, network type, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, loading times, latency, memory usage, battery status, and similar technical information.
  • Identifiers: advertising identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, GAID/AAID, app instance IDs, Firebase installation IDs, push notification tokens, session IDs, cookies, pixels, SDK-generated identifiers, and other identifiers used for analytics, fraud prevention, attribution, advertising, and app functionality.
  • Gameplay and usage data: installs, first opens, sessions, levels, progress, puzzle interactions, hints, in-game actions, preferences, settings, time spent in the game, ads viewed or clicked, rewarded ad activity, purchases or items considered, and other event data that helps us understand and improve the game.
  • Advertising and attribution data: ad impressions, ad clicks, campaign data, conversion events, attribution source, fraud signals, and information needed to measure, personalize, cap, deliver, and improve advertising.
  • Purchase information: if the game offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, Apple App Store and Google Play process payment details. We may receive non-payment purchase records, receipt status, product ID, subscription status, transaction status, and similar information needed to provide the purchased item or manage the purchase.
  • Contact and support data: if you contact us, we may collect your email address, name, device information, screenshots, messages, and any other information you choose to provide so we can respond to your request.
  • Website, job, and submission data: if you use our website, apply for a job, submit an app or business request, or otherwise send information through a form or email, we may collect contact details, links, portfolio information, CV/resume details, company details, app information, and the content of your message.
  • Social or platform data: if you choose to connect or interact with a platform such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Game Center, or Google Play Games, we may receive the information you authorize that platform to share, such as platform ID, display name, profile image, email address, friends or leaderboard data, and authentication status.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To save or restore progress, enable features, deliver content, localize the experience, and support gameplay.
  • To understand how players use the game, detect bugs, fix crashes, test features, measure performance, and improve levels, maps, balancing, usability, and retention.
  • To provide customer support and respond to questions, feedback, or complaints.
  • To review job applications, app submissions, business requests, and other website or email submissions.
  • To show ads, including contextual ads, personalized ads where permitted, rewarded ads, cross-promotion, and ads for our own or third-party products.
  • To send service messages, push notifications, marketing notifications, or updates where permitted by law, platform rules, and your device settings.
  • To measure advertising performance, attribute installs and events, prevent fraud, frequency-cap ads, and comply with app store, advertising network, and legal requirements.
  • To process in-app purchases, subscriptions, no-ads features, rewards, refunds, or purchase restoration where available.
  • To comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, protect our rights, prevent abuse, and maintain the safety and security of the Service.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of our rights or the rights of others. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time through the relevant in-app settings, device settings, consent prompt, app store settings, or by contacting us.


Analytics, SDKs, Advertising, and Similar Technologies

The Service may include third-party SDKs, APIs, pixels, cookies, local storage, server logs, and other technologies. These technologies may store or access information on your device and may collect the categories of data described above. The exact SDKs and partners may vary by app version, platform, device, region, consent choices, and ad mediation configuration.

They may use identifiers, device data, IP address, approximate location, app usage data, ad interaction data, and similar data to provide analytics, attribution, crash reporting, fraud prevention, ad delivery, ad measurement, personalized advertising where permitted, and monetization services.


Advertising Choices and Opt-Out

You can limit or opt out of personalized advertising and tracking in several ways:

  • On iOS, use the App Tracking Transparency prompt and device settings such as Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple advertising settings.
  • On Android, use Google advertising settings to reset your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization where available.
  • Use any consent management or privacy settings shown in the game, where available.
  • Contact us if you want help exercising privacy choices or rights that apply in your region.

If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant. Some data may still be processed for security, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, contextual advertising, legal compliance, and app functionality.


Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and SDK partners that help us operate, analyze, improve, advertise, monetize, and secure the Service.
  • Advertising networks, demand partners, mediation providers, attribution providers, and measurement partners.
  • App stores and platform providers such as Apple and Google for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud prevention, platform compliance, and app operation.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or the Service.
  • Professional advisors, contractors, or business partners under appropriate confidentiality or contractual obligations.
  • Successors or potential successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, platform rules, consent, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.


Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the Service, maintain analytics and business records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, purpose of processing, SDK provider, legal requirements, and your privacy choices. When information is no longer needed, we remove it, anonymize it, or retain it only as required by law.


Children's Privacy

The Service may be listed in app stores with a content rating such as 3+ or an equivalent local rating. That rating describes content suitability and does not change our age restrictions, privacy rules, Store account rules, or consent requirements.

If you are below 13 years old, you are not allowed to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other direct contact information in the game. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a way that violates applicable law or these age restrictions, we will take reasonable steps required by law.

For users we know are children, and where required by law, platform rules, Store category rules, or consent settings, we may limit personalized advertising, behavioral tracking, data sharing, or certain SDK features. Some non-personalized, contextual, security, analytics, fraud-prevention, purchase, and operational processing may still occur to run the game, maintain safety, comply with law, and provide the Service. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain sharing or sale of personal information, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

The Service does not provide an in-app, automated, or general mechanism for users to delete app data. The game may not create a direct account with us, and much of the information described in this Privacy Policy is processed by app stores, advertising partners, analytics providers, attribution providers, payment providers, and other third-party SDK partners under their own systems and privacy policies. For this reason, the Google Play Data safety section may state that data cannot be deleted.

California and other U.S. state residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but some advertising or analytics activities may be considered a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. You may contact us to exercise these rights.

To make a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or targeted advertising opt-out request, email us at the address below with your country or state of residence, device ID or app user ID if available, platform, app version, and a short description of the request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile networks, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
