Children's Privacy Notice
Effective date: May 15, 2026
This Children's Privacy Notice explains how Volodymyr Klymenko / BUILD SUCCEEDED ("we", "us", or "our") uses information when children or teenagers interact with Find 3 - Hidden Objects and related services. It is written for younger users, parents, and guardians. More detail is available in our main Privacy Policy.
If anything in this notice is difficult to understand, please ask your parent or guardian to read it with you. You or your parent or guardian can also contact us at ceo@build-succeeded.io.
What Is Personal Data?
Personal data means information that relates to you. It can include things like your name or contact details, but it can also include information about your device, your game progress, purchases, ads you see, crash reports, or how you play the game.
What Information Do We Collect?
- Device information: device type, operating system, language, country, time zone, app version, network information, crash logs, performance information, and device or app identifiers.
- Gameplay information: levels, progress, scores, hints, rewards, game events, settings, session length, purchases, and how you interact with the game.
- Advertising and analytics information: ad views, ad clicks, attribution data, approximate location from IP address, and identifiers used by analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, or app store services where allowed.
- Messages information: if you or your parent or guardian contacts us, we may collect the message, email address, name, screenshots, and information needed to reply.
- Platform information: if you choose to connect a platform account such as Apple, Google, Game Center, Google Play Games, or Facebook, we may receive information that the platform allows you to share.
Why Do We Use This Information?
- To make the game work and provide its features.
- To save or restore progress and deliver rewards or purchases.
- To fix bugs, crashes, loading issues, and gameplay problems.
- To understand how people play the game and improve levels, balance, difficulty, and design.
- To respond to support messages from you, your parent, or your guardian.
- To show ads, measure ads, prevent fraud, and keep ads appropriate for the user where required by law and platform rules.
- To comply with laws, app store rules, and safety requirements.
Consent and Legal Reasons
Sometimes we use information because it is needed to provide the game or because we have a legitimate reason, such as fixing bugs or keeping the game safe. Sometimes we may need consent from you, your parent, or your guardian, especially for certain advertising, analytics, or platform features. If consent is required, it can be withdrawn where applicable.
Age Restrictions
- If you are below 13 years old, you are not allowed to play our game.
- If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must get permission from your parent or guardian to play our game.
- If the game is shown in app stores with a content rating such as 3+ or an equivalent local rating, that rating describes content suitability. It does not change these age restrictions or privacy requirements.
Parents and Guardians
A parent or guardian can contact us if a child is using the game without permission or if they want to ask what information we have where required by law. If we confirm that a child below 13 is using the game or provided information in violation of these rules, we will take reasonable steps required by law.
Who Do We Share Information With?
We may share information with:
- our employees, contractors, and support providers who need it to operate the game;
- analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, cloud, app store, and payment service providers;
- platform providers such as Apple, Google, Meta/Facebook, and other SDK partners listed in our main Privacy Policy;
- parents or guardians who contact us about a child user's account or information, where appropriate;
- authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect safety, rights, or security;
- a successor or business partner if the game or our business is transferred, merged, sold, or reorganized.
Advertising and In-Game Purchases
The game may contain ads and in-game purchases. Users under 18 should make purchases only with permission from a parent, guardian, or Store account holder. If we know a user is a child, and where required by law or platform rules, we may limit personalized ads, behavioral tracking, or certain SDK features.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you or your parent or guardian may ask us to provide a copy of information, correct information, stop or limit certain uses of information, withdraw consent, or transfer information where technically possible and legally required.
To make a request, email us at ceo@build-succeeded.io. We may need details such as device ID, app version, platform, country, and a description of the request so we can find the right information and verify the request.
The game does not provide an in-app, automated, or general mechanism for users to delete app data. Some information is processed by app stores, advertising partners, analytics providers, attribution providers, payment providers, and other third-party SDK partners under their own systems and privacy policies.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about children.
How Long Do We Keep Information?
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice and our main Privacy Policy, such as running the game, providing support, keeping records, complying with law, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and improving the game. When information is no longer needed, we remove it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
International Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use legal safeguards, contracts, consent, or other lawful transfer mechanisms to help protect information.
